We require a card on file upon booking to be used for any no show or cancelled appointments.

To cancel or reschedule:

Please call our office to notify our staff so that we are able to leave the open session time available to others. 

Missed appointments or those cancelled with less then 24 hours of notice will be charged 50% of the missed services. 

Gift certificates are available for purchase during our regular business hours in person and over the phone.

For our convenience the services purchased by certificate or promotional item can be scheduled by phone only. Salud certificates are only to be rendered for Salud services and not for services by our Independent contractors within our building. 

*Certificates purchased over the phone will be mailed out next business day.
